Introducing Albiona, Manta Network’s Ambassador Leader
--
We’re very excited to welcome Albiona Hoti to the Manta Network family as the newest Mantalorian. She just joining full time as a full stack developer responsible for building out the tooling for the community side. She is also leading the Ambassador Program, as well as developer relations. She brings a wealth of relevant experience on both the developer relations and engineering side; we’re looking forward to seeing her skills build out the Manta Network community.
Albiona is a passionate software developer and community builder. She enjoys learning new technologies and building active and fun communities around them. She has used that passion to work on various other projects in the past. Albiona is the founder of Coder Gals NGO with the goal of empowering people of any background to join the STEM community. Coder Gals is hosting the Debian OS conference in Kosovo in 2022. Albiona founded the Prishtina Toastmaters Club as well, which helps individuals become better communicators through leadership training and public speaking practice.
I’m a big fan of the German proverb that says, “Everything with measurement and objectives,” which I apply in everything I do.
At Manta Network, Albiona will be responsible for all things related to the user community. As a first priority, she will be leading the Manta Network Ambassador Program as the appointed Lead. Her unique skillsets at the intersection of developer relations, leadership, and software engineering make her the perfect candidate for spearheading the Ambassador Program. Through her leadership, Manta Network will be not only building a rewarding and engaging system for the community, but also will be building automation and analytics tools to empower each ambassador as he or she progresses through the program. These tools will be rolled out over several phases, and the community will have immediate access to the first rollout later this month.
Moving forward, as Manta Network prepares for its mainnet launch, Albiona will also be leading the developer relations side of the project. She will be the primary point of contact, acting as the eyes and ears of Manta to bring feedback back to the team, and help develop the tools that both the community and developers want.
