We’ve spent years building cool blockchain infrastructure. But that’s only half the story. To make Web3 technology more accessible and useful for everyday users, we’re launching Manta Labs, a chain-agnostic application ecosystem that will turn robust infrastructure into experiences people really want to use.

What’s Manta Labs?

With Manta Labs, we’re building and incubating Web3 products across key verticals with strong potential for genuine, viral engagement. We’re taking a pragmatic, chain-agnostic approach:

1. A suite of products incubated by Manta focused on fun and practical use cases.
2. A developer hub with resources and support for developers building applications across chains.

Applications can be built on any chain that best serves the specific use case, whether that’s Manta’s own chains or others. The focus shifts from pure tech specs to user experiences that work regardless of the users’ technical background.

Two Apps Already Making Waves

Manta Labs is already more than a concept. It’s our thesis in action. Two applications that we’ve incubated, SUPERFORTUNE and Junk.fun, together see over 30k daily active users, proving that the model works.

These are strategic initiatives betting on what drives real Web3 adoption. And they’re working.

• Community airdrops + $MANTA allocations: Projects launching through Manta Labs will provide airdrops and token allocations specifically for the Manta community. Early supporters and active contributors will have direct opportunities to benefit from the growth of upcoming applications.

Rather than recreating existing tools with blockchain backends, Manta Labs focuses on building economically sound applications that address specific problems, providing clear value to users. This is key to onboarding the next wave of Web3 users.
• Supporting developers across ecosystems with technical resources, funding opportunities, and ecosystem visibility to help turn concepts into working applications. Developers receive support regardless of the platform they choose to build on.
• Raise UX standards in Web3. By creating innovative, fun, and viral user experiences, we are demonstrating that Web3 apps can indeed match the expectations set by traditional software.

Putting Users Before Chains

Web3 has made significant progress in areas like transaction throughput, cost reduction, and smart contract functionality. And yet this technical progress hasn’t fully translated into applications that Web2/Web3 users find valuable or easy to use.

Manta Labs aims to address this gap by prioritizing application development and superior user experience design alongside continued infrastructure development. By taking a chain-agnostic approach, we can focus on building the best possible applications, leveraging the most suitable technology available without being constrained by any single chain’s ecosystem.
